When you have placed your order and payment has been processed via Credit Card (our merchant is Westpac) by 12noon western standard time (WST), all goods (dependant on availability) will be despatched via Australia Post the same day. If you order after 12noon WST, your order will be despatched the next working day.
There are 2 methods of payment;
Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) - Instant payment. Goods will be despatched immediately. So long as your order is received by 12noon WST, your order will be despatched same day. If your order is placed after 12noon WST, your order will be despatched the next working day.
Direct Deposit - Payment from your bank account to ours. When you have placed your order and you have chosen this payment method, you will receive a confirmation of order and details of our banking details will be provided for your information. Please note that not all direct deposits are considered as immediate, some banks take longer to process payments and can delay your order up to 2 days so please allow for this, it can delay your delivery by 2 - 3 days.
