Partyzone Party Product prides itself on speedy processing and delivery of all orders.
If your order is urgent we suggest you choose the Express Delivery option.
Express Delivery takes approx 2 – 3 business days to most locations. To ensure your parcel is sent as fast as possible, your order must be placed and fully paid for before 12pm (WST) on a business day (Mon-Fri) and provided you are located within Australia Post's Guaranteed Express Post Delivery network.
Please refer to the table below for your postcode to ensure you are eligible for express delivery.
If you choose the Express Delivery option and live outside the Express Delivery Network your parcel will be priority delivered as soon as possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Claims and Returns
All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 3 days of your receipt of the goods. If goods are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the product/s prior to your birthday party. In the case whereby we cannot replace a product due to timing or unavailability, a full refund on the damaged product/s will be forwarded but only if the damaged product/s is returned to our warehouse. Please retain the original box and packing materials as these may be required for inspection.
Our products are not returnable for a full refund except for reasons of delivery error or defect, and then, only upon receiving a return authorisation number from our office. We are here to help you in any way we can and we will do our best to help you make your child’s birthday party a truly wonderful event. If at any time you have any queries about a specific product or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Terms of Payment
All orders must be prepaid with a credit card or direct credit. We accept Visa, MasterCard. Partyzone uses Westpac Banking Corporation as our credit card merchant.
Pricing Terms
All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
The current prices shown on this web site supersede any previous price list. Due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice.
Order Processing
If you have made an error with your order, contact us immediately either by phone or email and we will endeavour to rectify it immediately.
If a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you accordingly and offer an alternative.

- Hold order and deliver goods when all products are available
- Deliver the out of stock item/s when they become available
- Cancel the item and arrange a full refund for that product
- Substitute the out of stock item with a similar product or item of your choice to the same value
