We received an email confirming our order within seconds and then 2 hours later you sent our confirmation of despatch. We live 5 hours North West of Brisbane and our parcel arrived within 3 days of ordering! That is amazing I can assure you for up here. My good friend and nieghbour gave me the idea of ordering the party supplies online. She had ordered for her sons 3rd birthday with a different company about 3 weeks ago and is still waiting! I have recommended she give you a call as time is running out. Thank you so much I rang you late last week Thursday I think asking about Mario Bros table ware and if I should chance ordering in as I lived in Darwin and the party was in a week. Never have I received such helpful information over the phone as and so easy to order on line as you can see I did order and I received my order today Monday 7th November OMG 2 days.

Hi Leanne, Thankyou for your customer service it was excellent. I was most surprised that you went that extra mile, which is rare these days, well rare at the shopping centres anyway. I don't know if all online shopping is like this but next time I will call you first not last . I spend alot of time going from one store to another thinking they would have anything Harry Potter,but i was wrong and it was stressful, and the big chain stores which have license to carry it well, I don't know why they don't carry it for a little longer as its coming out in 3D soon service well whats that. Thank you very much PartyZone for your wonderful & friendly service. I was unable to find waybuloo party gear for my daughters first birthday or to get it in time, because we were visiting family in Broken Hill ( country NSW) my cousin came across PartyZone Thursday night the week before her birthday. I contacted PartyZone to Check if I was in the express post area and I wasn't, so I decided to take my chances. I ordered before 1200 on Friday and imagine my surprise when I answered the door MONDAY morning to find that the parcel had arrived!!!!
I thought Wednesday or Friday the latest because of a public holiday. Not only a speedy delivery, fantastic service but the right price too and loved the little extra balloons thrown in, thank you very, very much PartyZone can't stop raving about you!!!! Thank you Desley |
